Due to logistics delays due to the new corona or other reasons, logistics cannot fully guarantee timely delivery

Standard delivery

Processing time: 1-3 working days.
Please allow 10-25 days for normal delivery. Due to the pandemic, shipping time to North America will be delayed by 2 days. Please check the usual delivery times for your area as follows.

Fast delivery

You can pay the express shipping charges applicable in your country and order the product. Express delivery only takes 10-25 working days from the date of delivery. We do not deliver on weekends.

Please note these dates are estimates only, exact delivery dates will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so please check your email.

1. APO/FPO and PO Boxes are not accepted.
2. The package for some countries may have a customs clearance fee upon receipt, please pay the fee and send us a receipt, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Note: Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available in many areas. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, this will be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout. Shipping estimates for FREE Prime Two Day Shipping to non-weekend destinations are based on two business day shipping times, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

To request a refund of the shipping costs you paid for this order, please contact us and click the "I've ordered" button. Select your order, then select Order problem > Shipping or delivery problems > Delivery is late.
